Cash Is King
Over the next 1 to 2 years there is going to be a repeat of the cycle that has happened following past recessions.
Those with the cash (or equity) will make a fortune.
It is always the person with the cash that can make the real killings!
It does not matter what it is that you are buying. Whether it is real estate, a car, a yacht or a caravan, it is the buyer with the upfront cash that wins the day, hands down.
It has always been said that “money talks” and I don’t think anybody could deny that.
