I came across this website and I wanted to share it with you. It’s called On the House.
Presently the site provides data for property sales in QLD and NSW, with ACT, NT and WA coming soon.
I think it is fantastic, especially as it is free! If you are looking at buying a property, I would recommend checking out the previous sales history on the property. Normally this sort of information can cost between $50 to $100.

So it’s been over a year since the original post and they now charge a fee and still don’t have WA on there!
