Good news for struggling property investors
Some property investors in certain circumstances are still struggling to hold things together as interest rates rise and with the knowledge that there will be more interest rate increases in the near future, possibly within days.
The good news for investors is that property analyst Residex has again advised that property rentals will most likely rise at least 7% over the next two years, an increase of approx. $40 per week. In saying that, they also comment that Sydney which is expecting low rental vacancies could possibly have weekly rentals increase as much as $107 per week.
Melbourne is also expected to have above average percentage increase and rentals could possibly have up to $70 per week increases.
All not so good for the renter, but investors will be rubbing their hands together as it will help with their loan repayments.
Just a quick reminder here for property investors with portfolios, check out those loans and don’t be crippled by being in a bad loan structure.
