Having an ‘Outflow’ mindset with property investing

April 07, 2010 | admin | Comments 0

Bill Zeng of Investors Direct Financial Group has offered this insight into “financial freedom”:

“The advantage of this definition of Financial Freedom is that an average person with an average income capacity or asset base can move towards it rather quickly as long as they focus on ‘outflow’ and ‘discipline’, they can get to enjoy what they do rather than doing something largely dictated by the lack of money.”

Bill Zeng believes this statement, and understanding it is critical to your future success as an investor.

The theory behind this with property investing is to enjoy the process and the end result rather than worry about how it comes about.  Obviously the ‘how it comes about’ needs to be addressed, but each and every person will have a different view of ‘financial freedom’ and ‘financial freedom’ should be the state of mind in which you are enjoying your financial status.

The view is that when we become focused on what we will be doing to help others (providing accommodation) rather than building our asset base, then our view to financial freedom will change.
