Invest With Your Head
But what happens when your head is all over the place? Well, not really your head but those that control the inevitable $$$.
Property investors are again left wondering what is going to happen to properties in various mining towns.
Once again we are left wondering what is going to happen in the following year or two. The latest announcement relating to tax , that one where they call it a ‘Super Tax’!
That has caused quite a ruckus in the mining industries which will of course affect Queensland and Western Aust., should they go ahead. I dare say we have many months ahead of negotiations and upwards and downwards pressure to bear from those who wield the baton.
At times like this with so many different scenarios playing out almost every month, it does make you wonder if investing with your head is the way to go, or whether it will do your head in, so to speak.
It does make you wonder whether the old adage of ‘invest in the city’ is not the way to go for now. The cities always grow, regardless of what is happening in the rest of the country and there most definitely is not enough developments being done to meet the growing demand.
I will leave that thought with you about whether you should be investing with your head or just what exactly these days!
