Property Renovation As A Means To Makng Money From Property Investing
Several times I have talked about property investing and property renovation as means to making money in the property market. Mind you this is almost the extreme and not everyone’s cup of tea, but it certainly does make you aware of what can be achieved.
I read a story the other day about a fellow who bought a property in country Australia for $40,000, spent $15,000 on a renovation and rents the property for $200pw. Here is the link for you to view the photos. The investor has said the property is now worth $130,000.
This investor is an experienced renovator but it does just go to show what can be done. Sure he would probably not have tackled something like this the first time around, but his experience now allows him to tackle something so massive.
