Using the right resources to get your answers
There are resources that you may or may not have heard of that property investors of yesteryear did not have a chance to use and they are Google Maps and Google Earth. These programs can be downloaded for your computer by putting either words into your browser and then clicking through to the link.
Google Earth allows you to have a look at a property from any angle that you may be interested in. It is truly a wonderful program available for property investors who want to invest away from home. Pictures are relayed by satellite and generally are not that old.
Google Maps will help you find streets and suburbs and also check out what is in the vicinity as far as other facilities are concerned. You can see if there are shopping centres, train lines, schools and so forth.
